The Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Cuemby, you will play a vital role in supporting and refining our digital marketing initiatives. Your creative prowess and strategic thinking will be instrumental in shaping our digital narrative, enhancing our brand image, optimizing client communication, and fostering business growth through impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Account management: Work directly with sales and digital clients to support their needs, and communicate client expectations to the fulfillment and trafficking teams.
Project management: Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approval for campaign launches.
Campaign management: Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution and quality control.
Verification of account executive paperwork: Ensure all orders have been coded correctly for various billing and fulfillment systems. Make any necessary changes or fixes to the orders before preparing them for approval.
Continuity with production: Ensure all online ads are being worked on and that deadlines are met, so the client schedule can run on time.
Working knowledge of digital inventory: Understand the current and projected sellout levels of the ETM sites.
Campaign monitoring: Ensure all campaigns are hitting the promised impressions goals and spots during their flights. Adjust priority levels as appropriate. Alert digital DOS of any anticipated problems, and be prepared with suggested solutions.
Campaign reporting: At month end and/or campaign end, prepare performance reporting for digital campaigns, and present results to the client with the account executive.
Client communication: Work directly with the client to ensure that campaign execution and performance meet their standards.

The Role

As a Customer Success Coordinator at Cuemby, your role involves aligning customer objectives with company objectives through data-driven processes, ensuring a seamless synergy between customer success and business development efforts. You work closely with the Customer Success team, overseeing team structure, internal processes, and fostering relationships with key accounts. Your focus extends beyond traditional customer success tactics to cultivating strategic partnerships that mutually benefit customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers proactively and ensure their success with our products or services.
Lead and manage the customer success team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Oversee a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their objectives are achieved.
Promote customer advocacy by identifying satisfied customers and encouraging them to provide testimonials, referrals, and case studies.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Ensure contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Utilize customer data and metrics to track customer health and identify trends and potential issues.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success efforts with company goals.
Increasing product adoption, customer loyalty and retention, and customer satisfaction while actively setting and contributing to churn reduction tactics.
Create an optimized & data-led model of the customer journey, then making sure all internal stakeholders are aligned on it.
