Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive communication technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the organization's communication technology infrastructure, including voice and data networks, servers, hardware, and software.
Oversee relationships with communication technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Develop and manage the communication technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
