Required Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Demonstrated proficiency in dbt (Cloud or Core) and modular SQL development.
- Experience with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, or similar platforms.
- Ability to design scalable data models that support business analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Git and version-controlled deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate technical decisions to peers and leads.
- Preferred: Snowflake Core Certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of a Snowflake-based enterprise data platform, aligned with established architectural principles.
- Collaborate with technologists and business stakeholders to develop robust, scalable data architectures.
- Design and implement dbt data models across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, ensuring performance, clarity, and maintainability.
- Lead the development of data pipelines and transformations from source integration to business intelligence-ready structures.
- Participate in architecture reviews and make practical decisions within the framework.
- Integrate data from operational systems (e.g., DB2, SQL Server) using Fivetran or ETL tools.
- Uphold data quality, lineage, and documentation standards using best practices in Snowflake and dbt.
- Support early-stage integration with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Omni) and collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting datasets.
- Produce well-documented, reusable code to facilitate internal enablement and future scalability.
